The objective of the Geography Teaching Degree course at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Pará is to train, first and foremost, a professional who is concerned with carrying out their profession in an honest and productive manner, bringing benefits to the region in which they live. In this way, at the undergraduate level, IFPA aims to train a Geography teacher who can develop educational activities, being a competent, contemporary, and creative teacher. Furthermore, it is intended that this professional have a critical and investigative spirit, being able to work not only in teaching but also in research in various areas of Geography.
